It is a national issue that needs to be addressed, anonymous. <BR/><BR/>As a law abiding citizen, I would not want former felons voting. Charlie Crist, a Republican, changed the rules last year to restore the voting rights of about 112,000 former convicts.<BR/><BR/>The article goes on to say; Kentucky and Virginia permanently disenfranchise nearly all felons.<BR/><BR/>So shouldn't your heading read: According to Obama and Republican Governor Charlie Crist, Yes!? and if felons are perminately disenfranchised in Virginia - why is this an issue for the Virginia GOP?
