The VA Chamber recently published the 2012 Legislative Report Card that graded legislators on their support of pro-business issues during the recent General Assembly Session.
Not surprisingly, the GOP came away with grades showing they are in fact the Pro-Business Party.

Is that a typo or wishful thinking on their part?
