I think we can do much better than Mr. Norment. His voting record shows a history of of maintaining or enlarging state government and regulation, not reducing it. There is no tea party enthusiasm behind Mr. Norment. Senate Republicans would be better served by an authentic, committed conservative like Senator Steve Martin.
