May God Bless Our Political Leaders to not spend more than we collect. To not spend our money on pet projects like Save the Butterfly's and so on. It's about time you fund our Transportation system with real money and with real funding. The No car Tax line is not going to work this time and you cannot keep printng money to pay the bills. It's about time we pay the bills. It's about time WE Come to relize that you can't build things with no money.

I might add that I hope you fund ROADS with transportation funding and ensure that the roads built are where they are most needed. It's high time we all expose the Warner/Kaine hypocrisy and lack of leadership.

When the state gas tax increases from .17 to .23 per gallon it hurts poor people, single moms and seniors on fixed incomes, not rich republicans. When the "gas bubble" caused by speculators like democrat billionaire, George Soros, bursts and prices reduce to market levels, the gas tax will still hurt poor people. Why do the democrats want to tax the poor?

So after watching 7 minutes of long-windedness, the only semblance of a GOP alternative I hear is to audit VDOT and create toll roads, which is even less popular than raising gas taxes.

Another stunningly brilliant position by the GOP. Meanwhile, Virginians are burning gallons of fuel waiting to commute home from D.C. or to cross the HRBT. Thanks a less...
