Now, I wonder why Stevens Miller, who currently serves on the Loudoun County Board of Supervisors in the Dulles District, would be placing a lot of items for sale online, if he was not planning to move into Tom Rust's district for a challenge. According to Too Conservative, this peculiar sale is starting to fuel speculation on Miller's motives to challenge Rust in November.
Maybe, we can take a look at Miller's record to see if he sizes up to Rust. Miller was recently elected in November 2007 to represent the Dulles district. What does he know about leading at the State level? In fact, The Loudoun Times-Mirror recently criticized Miller for his immature behavior during a Board meeting, where he chided fellow Supervisors for their lack of support for HCA's plans to build a hospital in the Broadlands.
Richmond does not need immaturity or theatrics. We need leaders who will lead in a common sense manner and do what's best for the people.
